Plagiarism Policy
The journal upholds the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical publishing. All submissions must be entirely original and free from any form of plagiarism. Authors are responsible for conducting and presenting their research ethically and must properly cite and acknowledge all sources that contribute to their work.
Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, the unauthorized use of text, ideas, data, tables, figures, or images; self-plagiarism resulting from significant overlap with previously published material; duplicate or redundant publication; and inappropriate paraphrasing or inadequate citation practices.
Originality Check
To ensure the integrity and originality of published research, every submission is screened for plagiarism using standard similarity-checking software. The editorial team carefully evaluates similarity reports to distinguish acceptable scholarly citation from unethical practices. Submissions that do not meet the journal’s originality requirements will not be considered for publication.
Editorial Actions
If plagiarism or any form of unethical behavior is detected, the journal will take appropriate action based on the seriousness and circumstances of the violation. Editorial decisions are made with due consideration to ensure fairness and integrity in the publication process.
Depending on the outcome of the assessment, the journal’s actions may include one or more of the following:
-
Rejection of the manuscript at any stage of the review or publication process
-
Requesting a detailed explanation, clarification, or revision from the author(s)
-
Withdrawal or retraction of a published article, where applicable
-
Informing the author’s affiliated institution, employer, or funding body, when deemed necessary
Author Responsibilities
Authors are responsible for ensuring that all submitted manuscripts are original works and comply with the principles of academic integrity and ethical publishing. All sources, data, and materials used in the preparation of the manuscript must be accurately cited and appropriately acknowledged. Submissions must not infringe upon copyright, violate ethical norms, or breach any legal requirements.
Authors are also responsible for avoiding plagiarism, self-plagiarism, redundant or duplicate publication, and any form of research or publication misconduct. By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that their work adheres to recognized ethical guidelines, including those recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Ethical and responsible scholarly writing is fundamental to the integrity of academic publishing. Authors are strongly advised to review their manuscripts carefully to ensure originality, transparency, and proper attribution, thereby contributing to the quality, credibility, and impact of the scholarly record.
