Review Process
ARC Publishing Services ensures that no manuscript is published without undergoing a formal peer review process. Each submission is evaluated by one or more independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the subject matter. The review process is intended to assess the academic quality of the work and its appropriateness for publication.
Authors are expected to present their research in a clear and well-structured manner. As the primary purpose of publication is the effective dissemination of scholarly and technical knowledge, clarity of expression is essential, and unnecessary complexity should be avoided. Supporting material that is not central to the main discussion—such as detailed calculations, extended proofs, or supplementary explanations—should be included in appendices rather than in the main text.
Preliminary Editorial Screening
Each submission is first examined by the editorial office to confirm that it falls within the journal’s scope and meets basic academic, ethical, and technical requirements. At this stage, manuscripts may be declined if they clearly do not meet the journal’s standards or submission criteria.
Peer Review
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent for double-blind peer review. In this process, the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential. This approach supports impartial evaluation and reduces the risk of bias.
Reviews are carried out by independent specialists with relevant expertise in the subject area. Reviewers are selected by the editors based on their research background and experience.
Review Criteria
Reviewers are asked to comment on:
-
The originality and significance of the work
-
The soundness of the methodology and analysis
-
The clarity and organization of the manuscript
-
The validity of the conclusions
-
Compliance with ethical and scholarly standards
Based on these assessments, reviewers submit a recommendation to the editor.
Editorial Decision
The final publication decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief or the handling editor after careful consideration of the reviewers’ reports. Reviewer comments are shared with the authors to support revision and improvement where required.
Revisions may be subject to further review. Additional review rounds are conducted when necessary before a final decision is reached.
Ethical Standards and Transparency
The journal treats the peer review process as confidential and manages all submissions fairly. Conflicts of interest are avoided, and any ethical concerns identified during review are handled in accordance with accepted publication ethics.
Post-Acceptance
Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting and proofreading prior to publication. Authors are given the opportunity to review proofs before the final version is published online.
The editorial board is highly committed to the quick review process of the paper, but not with the sacrifice of the right judgment of a paper. The review process takes maximum a week.
